Goenkan First Alumni Meet:
The first ever Alumni meet of G.D.Goenka Public School was held at its campus on Saturday, 12th January 2019. The school management put up an amazing show and organized a great event to welcome the alumni. As the old students of the school walked into the school campus they felt a sense of belonging, reminiscing cherished memories from their school days. The students happily interacted with their school teachers and seemed confident in their demeanor. Aditya Srivastava, an old student broke the ice by addressing the teachers and asking his batchmates to share a series of events. Many of the old students, remembered incidents from the school life and shared anecdotes from the past that made everyone smile.
The students and teachers both participated with full vigor in the series of games that were organized by the school. The vote of thanks, on behalf of all the students, was delivered by Isheen Juneja, an old student from the first batch of class XII.
The students and the teachers were formally introduced by the Principal, Raveen Pande while the Chairman, Sarvesh Goel, highlighted their achievements as well. The meet was full of fun and merrymaking. Camaraderie prevailed throughout the event as the students shared their goals and aspirations with their teacher. The meet ended with Lunch. The students promised to return to their alma mater, every year.
