Job Opening at GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow

Role and responsibilities:-

Be proactively involved in teaching students.
Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for Classes 10th to 12th.
Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.
Communicating, consulting, and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement/need arises.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Strong knowledge of Accounts subject and ability to teach same to class 11th and 12th class learners.
Candidates with School Teaching Experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred.
Candidates must have a clear understanding of the teaching and learning needs of the Foundation.
Course students, who need to excel in School as well as Competitive Exams.
Candidates with a habit of continuous self learning will be preferred.
Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.

The responsibilities of the Manager are listed below:-

Arranging remittances in accordance with the rules to Provident Fund Commissioner.
Organising School Managing Committee Meetings.
Vetting contracts and legal documents.
Administration and management of School Hostel; supervising the functioning of Hostel Warden.
Preparatory work and support connected with new admissions.
Promoting the school, for example through publicity, out station schools and contacts with other organizations.
Managing service records of staff.
Supervising the maintenance of school facilities.
Managing correspondence with government bodies as maybe directed by the Chairman.

The responsibilities of U.D.C. is listed below:-

To maintain all files and correspondence records and carry out all clerical duties.
To maintain office (including Principal’s office) and office stores and equipment.
To maintain Scholar’s Register and files.
To carry out all tasks allotted by the Principal and Administrative Incharge.
Misc. work as and when ordered by Superintendent/Admn. Officer.
Preference to candidates with prior experience of correspondence and CBSE related work matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

Candidate with knowledge of CBSE work.
Typing skills in English/Hindi and shorthand must.
Candidates with a habit of continuous self learning will be preferred.
Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.
