This year the camp was organized from 14th to 25th May 2018. There was a gamut of activities for students and parents as well. This ten-day Summer Extravaganza culminated on 25th May with a closing ceremony.
Every day, the campers would enter the magnificent campus with pride, excitement, delight, and confidence. The Summer Camp was unique in the way that many such activities were included in the camp that was introduced for the first time and was quite new and interesting for the students. The main attractions were calligraphy, crafting craft, Art of Living, speech and drama workshop, fun-filled creative workshops, photography, Abacus, and RJ Training, to name a few. Dance enthusiasts honed their dance skills by learning ‘Zumba’, the camp also had provisions for training children at both instrumental and vocal music. Sports lovers tried their hands at chess and skating. To beat the heat, they were taught cooking without fire.
That was quite interesting and a novel idea and the children surprised their mothers and grandmas with their recipes. This ten-day camp provided the children one of its kind opportunity to learn the choicest of activities and make the most wonderful use of the long summer days. The campers were all thrilled to present before their parents and teachers, what they had learned in the Summer Camp. They wanted to show their effort and its outcome in the form of exquisite pieces of art that they had produced.
Therefore, the school organized a grand finale at the culmination of the Summer Camp. The Grand Finale comprised of a gorgeous exhibition of things. The school auditorium looked amazing as it displayed the work of the children. The troupe of dancers from all age groups set the stage ablaze as they showed their beautiful moves.
