Our Kitchen at G.D. Goenka, Indore has been designed and is managed by Service First, a TATA Ginger Hotel PAN India F&B Partner. Ingredients are sourced by the F&B partner from assured quality suppliers. Our food is prepared with utmost care, imagination, and flair and caters to the local palate.

The entire management of the CDH is standardized around the best global practices from pre-washing of supplies, storage in 3 cold rooms to preparation and delivery.
