7th Model United Nations

7th Model United Nations Held:-

7th Model United Nations was organized for two days on Saturday and Sunday at GD Goenka Public School. In this, students from a total of 20 schools including the city’s prestigious school The Millennium School, Seth MR Jaipuria School Gomti Nagar and Kanpur Road, La-Martiniere College, Manipal School, Mahanagar Boys and Girls School, City Montessori and St. Francis participated.

In this Model United Nations, a total of 650 students, as representatives of different countries, consulted and discussed various problems of the world and their solutions. The program on the first day was inaugurated by Jayant Krishnan, Group Chief Executive Officer, UK India Business Council. ADG Lucknow Zone Piyush Mordia also participated in the program as the chief guest on the second day.

GD Goenka Public School organised VIGAM, the farewell ceremony for the outgoing Class XII batch, on 9 January 2026, hosted by the students of Grade XI. The event opened with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Chairman Mr Sarvesh Goel, Director Ms Lalita Goel, Principal Dr Prerna Mitra, Director Ms Neha Goel GDGPS Mahanagar and Chief Coordinating Officer Ms Nandini Goel.
