Aryan and Atharva were Selected in KVPI:-

GD Goenka’s Aryan and Atharva were selected in KVPI, Lucknow. Indian Institute of Science (IIS) has selected two-class XII students of GD Goenka School, Lucknow Aryan Agarwal and Atharv Agarwal for the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana Aptitude Test (KVPY).

Both have secured better rankings in the declared results. Atharv has got 607th and Aryan Agarwal has got 1473rd ranking. KVPY is a scholarship program funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, aimed at encouraging students to pursue research careers in the areas of basic science. It provides scholarships and contingency grants to selected students up to the pre-PhD level.

GD Goenka Public School organised VIGAM, the farewell ceremony for the outgoing Class XII batch, on 9 January 2026, hosted by the students of Grade XI. The event opened with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Chairman Mr Sarvesh Goel, Director Ms Lalita Goel, Principal Dr Prerna Mitra, Director Ms Neha Goel GDGPS Mahanagar and Chief Coordinating Officer Ms Nandini Goel.
