On Tuesday, GD Goenka School President Sarvesh Goel discussed business ethics with MBA students at the Institute of Management Science, Lucknow University.

He said that whenever you start your startup, you have to play all the roles related to running the business. Sarvesh Goel said that you have to be both owner and employee at the same time. Therefore, there should be no ego in the startup business.

Sarvesh Goel said that teamwork is also very important for the success of any business. It is also very important to pay attention to the quality of the product.
