Collage Making Competition:

The demonetization is a policy to take back the old banknotes and replaced with the new one the demonetization was recently taken place on November 8, 2016, by the Government of India under the leadership of Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India. In this context, G.D. Goenka public school organized a collage making competition on 19.04.18.

This signal went out loud and clear that the school believes in giving concrete knowledge to the children. Students researched and brought material, charts, pictures they were asked to bring their own material from their house which they think was useful and use their creative ideas to convert them into meaningful messages. This activity was organized at the school to explore and encourage creativity in children and offer them a platform to showcase their skill. It inspired children to think and work creatively and promote artistic excellence.

Children participated earnestly in the competition and came up with amazing ideas. Students participated enthusiastically and prepared beautiful collages. The criteria for judgment were: Neatness, Theme presentation, Originality, color schemes Overall presentation Grade VII A: Vivekananda House bagged the first position, the second position was achieved by Grade VI A: Tagore House and Grade VI-C Radhakrishnan House and third position was achieved by Grade VIII-A Radhakrishnan House and Grade VIII-B Tagore House . It was indeed a learning experience for all the students.
