Effective Tips Shared on Two Board Paper Concept and Board Examination Preparation in a Session Organized for Parents at GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow

On 13/12/2025, a highly useful workshop was conducted at GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow by the school Principal, Dr. Prerna Mitra, for the parents and students of Classes 10 and 12 on the topic of the concept of two board papers and effective strategies for board examination preparation. During the session, the following effective tips for board examination preparation were shared:
  1. Time Management: Time management is very important for board exam preparation. Students should manage their time effectively.
  2. Regular Study: Regular study is essential for board exam preparation. Students should study daily.
  3. Continuous Practice: Continuous practice is crucial for board exam preparation. Students should practice previous years’ question papers and model papers.
  4. Health and Well-being: Health and well-being play a vital role in exam preparation. Students should take proper care of their physical and mental health.
  5. Mock Papers: All students should solve at least five mock papers.
  6. OMR Sheet: The OMR sheet should be filled in carefully.
  7. Important Items: Important items such as Aadhaar card, admit card, stationery, etc., should be kept ready in advance.
  8. After the Examination: After the examination, students should carefully review their answer sheets.
Support System for Students We understand that students may face stress and pressure during board examinations. Therefore, a support system is provided for students, which includes:
  • Regular counselling sessions
  • Study groups and online resources
  • Regular meetings with teachers and parents
  • Health and wellness programmes
While addressing the students and parents, Dr. Prerna Mitra emphasized that by following these guidelines and making use of the school’s support system, students can perform better in the board examinations. The session concluded with a question-and-answer round, during which the concerns of parents were addressed.
