Food waste is yet another epidemic that many of us are not sensitive about. At the same time, some don’t have the privilege to afford even one meal a day. In the lockdown scenario, we must teach our children to practice simplicity and austerity. We must also try and help the underprivileged in whatever way we can. What we do during these days would go a long way in shaping our children as considerate and compassionate human beings.
