The Opening Ceremony was graced by Suhas Lalinakere Yathiraj, IAS, a globally celebrated para-badminton athlete. A Paralympic silver medalist in Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024, and the reigning 2024 Para World Champion in the SL4 category, he continues to inspire millions with his remarkable achievements in both public service and sports. His presence infused the fest with motivation and a true sense of sportsmanship.
The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp, symbolising knowledge and energy, followed by cultural performances that blended art with patriotism. Students presented a patriotic song, dance drama, and solo recitals, including a soulful performance by Adrika Singh of Class 3B. These events added vibrancy and set the celebratory tone for the fest.
Chairman Sarvesh Goel felicitated the chief guest, appreciating his dual contribution to sports and governance, while Principal Dr. Prerna Mitra warmly welcomed the student delegates, encouraging them to embrace discipline, teamwork, and excellence both on and off the field.
