Importance of Energy Conservation:-
Children learned the importance of energy conservation. On Tuesday, National Energy Conservation Day, students of GD Goenka Public School interacted with the conservation of energy resources. The children of Pre Nursery and Kindergarten were taught to switch off all electrical switches and shut off water taps when not needed. Students of classes 1 and 2 wrote slogans by making posters as a form of awareness. Students of classes 3 to 5 took an oath to conserve energy. Students of classes 6 to 8 learned the importance of energy conservation in sports, while students of classes 9 and 11 made banners and posters to create awareness.
