International Day of the Girl Child:-

GD GOENKA PUBLIC SCHOOL Celebrated International Day of the Girl Child. Mother Shakti is being worshipped during Navratri. Daughters are one form of this Adishakti, who have not only raised the honor of their family but also the country with their talents and achievements. They proved that if they are given the opportunity, they can touch the pinnacle of success. To reiterate the same fact, it was decided to celebrate “International Girl Child Day” with a new enthusiasm all over the world, the emphasis was also given to the idea that girls should be determined to be educated and self-reliant, also strengthening their right to education and health. The Indian government is relentlessly committed to the bright future of daughters through various supportive schemes. Daughters bring happiness and prosperity to the family and society.

Keeping this in mind, International Day of the Girl Child was also celebrated in Best CBSE GD Goenka. Children from classes 6 to 8 were made aware of the importance of girls in society, the country’s policies related to their rights, a pledge was taken that the education, nutrition, and gender of daughters were taken. While protecting the right to equality, they will be given full opportunity to move forward. Whereas the children of class 9 made charts according to the subject and the students of class 11 made videos showing the importance of the girl child.

In fact, such commendable steps will be helpful in realizing their real rights and respect for the girl child in the country as well as in the world.
