Major Dhyanchand remembered on Sports Day:

On the occasion of National Sports Day, he remembered the birthday of Hockey Magician Major Dhyanchand by wreathing Dr. RP Singh, Sports Director at Gomti Nagar Mini Stadium. On this occasion, the Sports Director congratulated Arjuna Award Winner Deepti Sharma (Cricket), Saurabh Chaudhary (Shooting), Divya Kakran (Wrestling), and Special (Basketball) and Para-Badminton Coach Gaurav Khanna for receiving the Dronacharya Award. During this time Deputy Sports Officers BK Bajpai and Paramjit Singh were present. Meanwhile, the chairman of GD Goenka Public School and marathon runner Sarvesh Goel celebrated sports day by playing badminton with his daughter.
