Mega Dandiya Night:-

Director Naela Rusdi opened the Mega Dandiya Night by lighting a lamp. Students sporting vibrant traditional attires thronged the bash and danced the night out on DJ music.

GD Goenka Public School too came up with a Mega Dandiya Night at its sprawling campus.

The environment was abuzz with a lot of zeal and enthusiasm. Not only the staff and students but people from all over the city too actively participated in the event. The event commenced with a welcome address by chairman Mr. Sarvesh Goel and principal Dr. Prerna Mitra. Lots of exciting Schools on the latter’s campus. A total of 600 participants played traditional dandiya on live music backed by Punjabi Dhol.

Residential groups too held programs to celebrate the festivities with full fervor.

The ladies’ group of Royal Metro City Apartments saw huge participation from not only the residents but people from other nearby communities as well. RWA president of the society Nishant Sinha along with other staff members was present at the bash.

All the events in the city saw a riot of colours and a fun mix of music which will be remembered for days to come.
