National Championship Taekwondo:

National Championship Taekwondo, over 1000 Taekwondo exponents from all parts of the country are expacted to participate in the three day 1st National Championship begaining from Thursday  at top CBSE School GD Goenka Public School Lucknow. The championship open categories for both girls and boys Under 14, Under 17 and Under 19.

These techniques could save you, or they could get you killed. If that all checks out, taekwondo could be wonderful at self-defense. While taekwondo is a good martial art it is in no means good for self defence.

Taekwondo is not only a combat sport, but is also a way of life for enthusiasts around the globe. The word Taekwondo itself is made up of three Chinese/Korean words: Tae, meaning to kick or jump; Kwon, meaning fist or hand; and Do, whichmeans “the way.”
