Newspaper Re-Use & Recycle Drive:-

A good newspaper is a nation talking to itself.” Keeping this statement in mind, from August 2 to August 6, In GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow the activity of “Newspaper Collection Drive” was done through online classes. In this five-day activity, the little goenkans were taught how a newspaper was made and how to reuse newspapers such as packing gifts with newspaper, using handkerchiefs instead of tissue paper, there are many ways to save paper, many ways to reuse them, it was elaborated by the teachers during classes through PowerPoint presentations and videos. The children of classes Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Kindergarten, and Classes 1and 2 collected newspapers and deposited them in the guard room of the school. Eventually, all the little kids took a pledge to conserve paper and trees, and with this, the “newspaper collection drive” was a positive action.
