Student Council Members:

Student Council Members at the Investiture Ceremony program organized in Best CBSE School Lucknow. They were prepared to don the mantle of leadership and discharge the responsibilities entrusted upon them by the school. To inculcate the qualities of leadership in students and to give them a sense of duty and responsibility, Students’ Council is formed every year. Brigadier Sandeep Singh confers badges to the Investiture Ceremony on May 11, 2018.

These councils are present in most public and private K-12 school systems across the United States, Canada, Greece, Australia, and Asia. Student councils often serve to engage students in learning about democracy and leadership.

GD Goenka Public School organised VIGAM, the farewell ceremony for the outgoing Class XII batch, on 9 January 2026, hosted by the students of Grade XI. The event opened with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Chairman Mr Sarvesh Goel, Director Ms Lalita Goel, Principal Dr Prerna Mitra, Director Ms Neha Goel GDGPS Mahanagar and Chief Coordinating Officer Ms Nandini Goel.
