Tribute to the martyrs paid in schools Lucknow. Tributes were paid to the immortal martyrs in the schools of the city on Kargil Vijay Diwas. In this sequence, Van Mahotsav was celebrated at GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow. Divisional Forest Department Officer Avadh Forest Area Lucknow Ravi Kumar Singh, School Chairman Mr. Sarvesh Goel, and Principal Dr. Prerna Mitra planted saplings. After this, tributes were paid to the immortal martyrs. Students presented colorful programmes.

GD Goenka Public School organised VIGAM, the farewell ceremony for the outgoing Class XII batch, on 9 January 2026, hosted by the students of Grade XI. The event opened with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Chairman Mr Sarvesh Goel, Director Ms Lalita Goel, Principal Dr Prerna Mitra, Director Ms Neha Goel GDGPS Mahanagar and Chief Coordinating Officer Ms Nandini Goel.
