Students Spoke in Model United Nations:-

The two-day Model United Nations 2022 held at GD Goenka Public School concluded on Thursday. In this, students from different schools in the city participated and as representatives of different countries and committees raised the burning issues of the world. Student representatives gave their views on the economic slowdown, terrorism, international trade, problems of children etc.

At the end of the program on the second day, the winners were felicitated by the Chairman of the school Mr. Sarvesh Goel and Principal Dr. Prerna Mitra. Kisna Mittal of Study Hall representing UP Vidhan Sabha was chosen as the best representative. Nayan Shree of GD Goenka for the United States Congress and Samdi Singh of GD Goenka for the representative of the United Nations Human Rights Council received the award. Students of La Martiniere Girls’ College won awards as representatives of Joint Crisis Committee, United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, International Monetary Fund. The Best School Delegation Award went to La Martiniere Girls. Prizes were also awarded to students in other categories..
