INFORMATIVE SESSION ON ‘BEST PRACTICES IN SCHOOL’ CONDUCTED BY MR PREMCHAND PALETY AT GD GOENKA PUBLIC SCHOOL LUCKNOW:-
GD Goenka Public School has always been proactive when it comes down to adapting to new changes in the educational world and that is one of the major reasons that it has been bestowed with several awards and achievements.
This new session 2024-25 began with new plans and strategies, related to which a very fruitful and mindful workshop was conducted for the staff of the school by Mr. Premchand Palety, a renowned educationist and Founder and Chief Executive of C-Fore, a multidisciplinary research organization. He has great experience in opinion research, market research, and performance appraisal studies of educational institutes. The session was conducted in the presence of the school Chairman, Mr. Sarvesh Goel, and the Principal, Dr. Prerna Mitra.
Mr Palety emphasized children’s mental health and overall growth where the teachers could act as facilitators, guiding them towards a better future. ‘All students should be treated equally’ was the motto of the session, wherein different successful strategies that are followed by renowned educational institutes around the world were discussed.
Mr. Palety laid more emphasis on the 3 R’s i.e. Relationship, Rigour, and Relevance. He discussed the importance of reading in a child’s life and how positively it can impact his mental growth. The social intelligence and emotional quotient of a child should be of the utmost priority, as was the outcome of the session.
The Chairman, Principal, and staff, all expressed their gratitude towards Mr. Premchand Palety for his valuable time and precious words of guidance and motivation.
