CBSE Class 12th accountancy exam 2020 analysis: Here is an analysis of the CBSE Class 12 accountancy exam based on the response of the students and teachers after the conclusion of the paper.
The CBSE on Thursday conducted the Class 12 accountancy exam at various centres across the country. The examination was held between 10.30am and 1.30pm. Here is an analysis of the exam based on the response of the students and teachers after the conclusion of the paper:
Chandigarh
Madhu Sharma who appeared at the GMSSS Sector 37 in Chandigarh said the paper was lengthy, I was hardly able to complete the examination. Many of my friends also had a tough time completing it. Many students left a couple of questions.

Sulabh Singh, a private school student in Chandigarh said the one marker questions were easy but had more calculations than required, because of which overall the paper became lengthy. It took me over 45 minutes to complete the one marker questions.
CBSE 10th Hindi Analysis 2020: What students said after exam
Arti Anand, a teacher at a private city school said, the paper was lengthy but in comparison to the previous years it was overall easy. There was nothing out of syllabus.
Agartala
Anupam Roy, class 12 student of Kathiya Baba Higher Secondary School in Agartala said, “ The Accountancy question paper was easy but lengthy. I answered to all the questions. I hope to score good marks.”
Arijit Saha, accountancy teacher of Hindi Higher Secondary School, said, “ The questions were fine as far concerned. Few of my students called me up after their exams. I hope, they will score good marks.”
Lucknow
CBSE Class 12 students in Lucknow found the accounts question paper to be lengthy and tricky. A number of students could not revise their answer as no time was left.
Jivika Lalwani, a student of GD Goenka Public School in Lucknow said, “Questions were lengthy than expected. I didn’t get much time to revise my answers.”
Shana Bannerji, a student of the same school said that the paper was lengthy but questions were moderate with few tricky ones.
Stuti Agrawa, another student said, ”Question 26 of Set 3 on Accountancy Ratios was tricky and took much of my time to solve. I expect a score of 95 or above.”
Two other students of GD Goenka Public School, Yashashva and Pranav said that the sample questions they had practised were not as lengthy as today’s paper. “We are hopeful of scoring anything above 90,” the duo said.
Overall the question paper was lengthy and a few students struggled to complete in time. The level of difficulty was between moderate to tricky.
Students of Class 12 from DPS Jankipuram Lucknow, however, were happy after they took Accountancy Exam on Thursday. They were happy as they were well prepared for the subject. They said questions were easy and direct.
Lavanya, a student of DPS Jankipuram said paper was easy, designed to check basic knowledge. Anubhav, a student of the same school said paper was easy but lengthy. Shikhar Khanna said it was easy but very lengthy and questions were left. Yashasvi said it was easier then the sample papers but lengthy.
