LITTLE GOENKANS SHOWCASE MYRIAD COLOURS OF THEIR TALENT ON STAGE DURING CLASS PRESENTATION:

In the journey of learning, children are the brightest stars, lighting up the classroom with their creativity, curiosity, and confidence. To celebrate their growth and showcase their talents, a Class Presentation for LKG and UKG students was organised on 23rd September 2025 in the auditorium of GD Goenka Public School.

The event was graced by the presence of Chairman Mr Sarvesh Goel, Director Lalita Goel, Principal Dr. Prerna Mitra, and our enthusiastic parents, who gathered to witness the talents, confidence, and progress of the young learners. The aim of the presentation was to give parents a glimpse into their children’s learning journey—what they learn at school and how they learn it—through academics, values, creativity, and life skills.

The LKG program began with a heartfelt Prayer and the Thought of the Day – “Sharing is Caring”, setting a thoughtful and positive tone. The children confidently spoke on the theme of Inventions, sharing how creations like the light bulb and mobile phone make life easier. In the Country Presentation, students proudly represented nations such as Australia and Sri Lanka, highlighting culture and greetings to promote global awareness. An informative segment on Emergency Numbers (ambulance, child helpline, and animal rescue) taught safety and responsibility. The lively Phonic Song and Hindi Swar Rhymes filled the auditorium with joy while reinforcing literacy and values such as patience, hard work, and truth. The LKG segment concluded with a graceful Yoga session, where children demonstrated simple poses, emphasizing physical and mental well-being.

The UKG performances began with a divine Ganesh Shloka, followed by an energetic and colourful showcase of Five Dance Forms. In Aspirations, children spoke about their dreams, inspiring parents to nurture their unique talents. The World Tour segment broadened global awareness, while the skit “Save Water, Save Life” delivered a powerful message on conservation. Children also raised awareness about endangered animals and engaged in a creative Colour Mixing activity, making learning visual and fun. The Superhero Act celebrated qualities like courage, kindness, and truth, while a special highlight was the one superstar Bhavin performing confidently on the dholak, earning resounding applause. The finale, ‘Vibrant India’, beautifully showcased the nation’s unity in diversity. Students also introduced the seven continents and explained the five senses through rhymes and Q&A, reflecting both understanding and confidence.

As we come to the end of this journey, our Principal Dr Prerna Mitra, applauded the creativity, confidence and teamwork of the children and acknowledged the dedication of the teachers. Chairman Mr Sarvesh Goel praised the school’s commitment to early childhood education and commended the thoughtful presentations.

The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, expressing gratitude to the Chairman, Principal, teachers, parents, and most importantly—the students—for making the presentation a grand success.

The combined LKG and UKG Class Presentation was a delightful celebration of knowledge, values, creativity, and confidence. It left a lasting impression on everyone present and truly embodied the spirit of joyful and holistic learning.
