On the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow organised a special event to inspire its students with values of honesty, perseverance, and service to the nation. The highlight of the celebration was the screening of Chalo Jeete Hain, a film based on PM Modi’s childhood.
The movie beautifully depicted his struggles, relentless hard work, and commitment to serving the nation, carrying the powerful message that “True winners are those who live for others.” Students were deeply moved, taking away valuable lessons of resilience, service, and leadership.
The chief guest for the event was Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, who encouraged students to live by these ideals. He also urged everyone to plant trees in their mothers’ names, contributing to the vision of a self-reliant India.
Chairman Sarvesh Goel and Principal Dr. Prerna Mitra warmly welcomed the gathering and motivated students to uphold the values of dedication and honesty in their lives. The event concluded with the national anthem, filling the atmosphere with pride and patriotism.
This initiative reflects the school’s commitment to not only academic excellence but also moral and value-based education, making GD Goenka the best CBSE school in Lucknow for holistic student development.
