A team of 10 students from GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow, recently visited the Pediatric Oncology Department at KGMU, Lucknow, in collaboration with NGO Inayat. The visit, led by Inayat’s founder Nandini Goel, was organized to donate medicines and essentials to children battling cancer. The students from GD Goenka actively participated in the event, offering their support and spending valuable time with the young patients and their families.
Before the visit, the NGO had coordinated with the doctors at KGMU to understand the specific needs of the patients. This ensured that the donations made by Inayat and GD Goenka students were effective and beneficial to the children.
