On the occasion of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s 75th birthday, a special programme was organized today, 17th September 2025, at GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow. As part of the event, an inspiring film based on his childhood, “Chalo Jeete Hain“, was screened for the students. The film depicted glimpses of the Prime Minister’s struggles, hard work, and dedication to the nation. It conveyed the message that “True winners are those who live for others,“ which inspired students to learn from his life and values.
The chief guest of the event was the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya ji. Addressing the students, he said that the life of the Prime Minister is a source of inspiration for the youth. He mentioned that the Prime Minister has expressed a wish that his birthday should not be celebrated as a festival but observed as a “Day of Service.” He urged everyone to plant a tree in their mother’s name and contribute to making India self-reliant. He emphasized that the glory of Mother India must always be upheld. He also told the students that work done with dedication and honesty always leads to success.
The school’s Chairman, Mr. Sarvesh Goel, and Principal Dr. Prerna Mitra welcomed everyone and encouraged the children to follow the ideals of the Prime Minister. Everyone present in the auditorium wished Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi a long and healthy life. The programme concluded with the National Anthem.
