IIT JEE Advance Result 2018:
IIT JEE advance Result 2018 Declared on Sunday. The students of G.D. Goenka Public School, Lucknow has yet again upped the educational standards of the School and set a new benchmark of high performance for their fellow students and juniors to follow suit. After achieving commendable success in the IIT JEE Mains 2018 where more than 25 students of the school cleared the prestigious test and now once more the meritorious students of G.D. Goenka have held the mast high as more than 13 Goenkans have cleared the IIT JEE Advanced 2018 and have made it to the top IITs.
Admission to IITs is conducted in two stages. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) first conducts the Joint Entrance Examination (Mains). Thereafter, candidates who secure all-India rank up to 2,24,000 appear for JEE (Advanced), which is conducted by one of the IITs.
The mains exams are held in a single day over two paper, with each paper being of 180 marks, containing 60 marks for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. This year, IIT Kanpur conducted JEE (Advanced).
