Mother’s Day celebration:

Mother’s Day is a celebration of the bond of love and affection between a mother and a child and it celebrates the spirit of motherhood. Motherhood undoubtedly has the greatest potential for influencing human life.
God created the epitome of love, compassion, warmth, and sacrifice to provide the human race with necessary respite and solace. Mother’s Day was celebrated with full gusto and zeal.

To celebrate this day of love, on May 11, 2019, the tiny tots of G.D. Goenka Public School, Lucknow learned songs and rhymes to dedicate and showcase their love for their mothers. The children also did a hands-on activity, a fun-filled worksheet in which they pasted their mother’s photograph in a beautiful frame and took it home as a surprise for their mothers. The heartwarming gestures of their children gave immense joy to mothers. 

Class K.G made a beautiful flower bouquet for their mothers. Class, I expressed the love for their mothers through the show and tell activity and class 2 wrote some beautiful thoughts for their mothers. Each child went back home with a smile on their face and affection for their mothers.
This little gesture of the little ones made all the mothers feel special as children and mothers got an opportunity to relish the everlasting bond of love and affection between them.
