FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT IN GD GOENKA PUBLIC SCHOOL LUCKNOW UNDER CBSE SAHODAYA MINI OLYMPIAD 2022:-

CBSE Sahodaya is organizing a Mini Olympiad on the 17th and 18th of November 2022 with the objective of promoting sports in schools and providing a suitable platform for the players to showcase their talent. In this sporting event Table-Tennis, Basketball, Badminton, Chess, Volleyball, Athletics, Football, etc. sports tournaments will be organized in which the teams of all CBSE schools will compete with each other.

In this series, a football tournament is taking place on 17 and 18 November 2022 in the huge playground of GD Goenka School, where a total of 26 football teams are participating in the Under 19 and Under 14 categories. The Mini Olympiad was inaugurated by Dr. Javed Alam Khan, Joint Director and Chairman of Sahodaya Schools’ Complex, Lucknow. Thereafter, taking the programme forward, Mr. Sarvesh Goel, Chairman of GD Goenka School Lucknow presented a memento to the guest. A welcome dance was performed after which all the teams and referees were introduced. By the end of today’s game, 12 matches have been played between the teams. The semi-final and final matches will be played tomorrow.
