PARENTS’ ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR SESSION 2024-25 HELD AT GD GOENKA PUBLIC SCHOOL LUCKNOW:-
On Saturday, March 30, 2024, GD Goenka Public School Lucknow hosted the Parents’ Orientation Program in two slots: Toddlers to Grade 5 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and Grade 6 onwards from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
Both sessions began with the uplifting rendition of the school song, instilling a sense of unity and pride among attendees.
Dr. Prerna Mitra extended a heartfelt welcome to all parents, marking the commencement of an enlightening session. Dr. Mitra illuminated the room with insights into the school’s remarkable achievements and accolades.
Delving deeper, Dr. Mitra painted a vivid picture of the school’s infrastructure, elucidating its diverse departments and segments. She underscored the significance of the school motto in nurturing every child’s growth and development, fostering a holistic approach to education. Dr. Mitra lauded the school’s integrated learning methodology, which has consistently yielded positive outcomes; ensuring students are well-equipped for success in all spheres of life. The school choir’s welcome song and ice-breaking activities like ‘Word Search’ and ‘Create Your Own World’ fostered connections and camaraderie among parents.
An enthralling fusion dance performance by the school students showcased the diverse talents nurtured at GD Goenka.
Mr. Sarvesh Goel, the respected Chairman of the school, stepped forward to address the gathered parents, exuding authority and warmth. With a commanding presence, he shared invaluable insights and heartfelt words of encouragement, recognizing the vital role parents play in shaping their child’s educational path.
