Poster Competition – Yoga:-

The poster competition was organized on Tuesday under Yoga Week organized by GD Goenka Public School to make children and parents aware of health. In the competition for ‘Fitness for All’, students from class 5th to 12th explained the importance of yoga through posters. In the three-class competition, Anjika Asthana stood first in class 5 and 6, Naisha Aggarwal second, Anshika Awasthi third. Ishika Manglik first, Riddhima Kalakoti second, Shreya Garg third in class 7th and 8th. In class 9 to 12, Prakhar Pant first, Pari Mohan second and Vaibhav Kumar third were ranked on the occasion, through the PowerPoint demonstration, the students were informed about the benefits of Pranayama.
