FOOD FRAFT, PARENTING GEN Z, ROBOTICS & DRONE WORKSHOP ARE MAIN ATTRACTIONS OF THE SUMMER CAMP
A celebration of creativity, collaboration, and summer joy!
The much-awaited Summer Funanza at GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow, commenced on 19th May 2025 with great excitement and enthusiasm. The ceremony began with the ribbon cutting by the Honourable Principal Ma’am- Dr Prerna Mitra, accompanied by dedicated teachers and cheerful students, marking the official start of this vibrant and enriching summer camp.
This 10-day camp, to be held from 19th May to 29th May 2025, offers an exciting journey filled with discovery, imagination, and hands-on learning for every participant. Students are enthusiastically participating in over 25 specially curated activities, including dance, music, shooting, skating, calligraphy, DIY crafts, and AI-based learning experiences. Each activity is designed to nurture creativity, confidence, and new skills.
A highlight of this year’s Summer Funanza is the active involvement of parents, who engaged in unique and interactive sessions. The “Gen Z Parenting” workshop provided valuable insights into modern parenting styles and challenges, helping parents connect more effectively with today’s generation.
We were proud to introduce several new and exciting experiences this year:
– Gen Z Parenting Workshop – guiding parents to better understand and support their children in a changing world.
– Food Craft Sessions – engaging parents and students in baking and mixology, allowing them to explore food preparation in creative ways.
– Drone Workshop – offering students a fascinating introduction to drone technology and its real-world applications.
The inauguration ceremony was a vibrant start to a summer filled with joy, exploration, and community bonding. With such a dynamic opening, Summer Camp 2025 promises unforgettable memories, meaningful learning, and fun-filled experiences that will stay with students and parents alike.
