Teacher’s Day Celebrations:

Teacher’s Day Celebrations by Goenkan. Various activities and events were organized so that the children can soak in the special feeling of happiness and cheer that the day brings with it. In a reversal of roles, the teachers took upon themselves to take the lead and regale the little ones with a variety of delightful performances. The teachers’ choir sang a heart-warming song ‘Showers of blessing’. This was followed by a role play where teachers did a rib-tickling skit presenting everyday classroom situations and conversations. Teachers also presented a group dance to popular numbers like ‘Lakdi ki Kathi’ and ‘Chota Baccha’.

The little ones were ecstatic to spot their teachers emerge from the classroom and take on these unusual roles. Their constant cheering prompted the teachers to put forward their best! ‘Fun Races’ were also organized during the day for the students. Different races of different levels were planned out by the Teachers and the Sports Team. It was indeed delightful to see the young enthusiasts’ racing to the finish line. The entire field resonated with loud cheer and applause as the children cheered for their friends and classmates and enjoyed the fun races.
