Earth Day Celebrated by Goenkan: On April 22, Gd Goenka Public School’s Pre Primary Section celebrated Earth Day to create awareness among the kid’s special assembly was held to focus students on protecting the environment. There have been activities such as handprinting and pasting tearing using waste paper. Grade 1 and 2 students discussed environmental issues that affect their daily lives, followed by a brainstorming session to find ways to bring about changes that have a major impact on the environment and make Earth Day every day. Children promised to keep the environment clean and do the necessary things like planting a seed, not littering trash, using environmentally friendly products, no longer using poly bags, no waste of electricity making the earth a better place.
