HIV-AIDS Awareness:-

HIV-AIDS Awareness Event celebrated at GD Goenka Public School on December 1, 2021. The aim was to impart knowledge to youth and to remind people that HIV and AIDS are still living.

It is an opportunity for every community to unite in the fight against HIV, show support for people living with HIV, and remember those who have died.

Management at Goenka believes that the future generation has the ability to sensitize others and extend their support for people suffering from HIV. The Quiz Competition for Class IX and Poster Making activity for Class XI was conducted for students based on the AIDS theme and its understanding.

These activities were organized with the objective to bring awareness about the HIV/AIDS movement and encourage youth to make correct decisions. The poster reflected that lots of people have lost their lives, and many family members were affected in our community.

It has become one of the most widely recognized international health days and a key opportunity to raise awareness. All the students participated with fervour and warmth. The plan was divided and executed well. Students’ thoughtfulness was very much evident in their responses.

The winners of the Quiz Competition in class IX were Arnav Singh IX-A, Abhinav Sachan IX B, and Radhika Shukla IX C respectively.
