Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony Held at GD Goenka Public School Lucknow:-
‘Graduation –is a time to celebrate new beginnings and say goodbye to everything that has given you a reason to smile. It is warm memories of the past and big dreams for the future.’
Kindergarten Graduation Ceremony is an exciting milestone for tiny tots as it’s their first step towards a future full of new possibilities and hopes. To make this day special and momentous, GD Goenka Public School, Sushant Golf City, and Mahanagar branch, Lucknow celebrated Graduation Day on Monday, 18 March 2024, to applaud young enthusiastic learners and their commendable performance during the session 2023-24. Our Respected Chairman Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Goel, Chief Coordinating Officer Ms. Lalita Goel, and the Principal Dr. Prerna Mitra graced the occasion as guests for the ceremony. Parents of students from Toddlers to Grade 1 were invited to the ceremony.
The celebration commenced with the lighting of the lamp followed by the song ‘Give me oil in my lamp ’by kindergarteners, which left everyone exhilarated. Rasas are the essential emotions or moods depicted in various dance forms.‘Raudra Ras’ was performed by the students of Kindergarten in the form of Shiv Stuti.‘Shringar Ras’ was presented by the students of Pre-nursery and Nursery C in the form of love and friendship. Tiny tots of Nursery A and B depicted ‘Hasya Ras’ in their performance, showing emotions like happiness and amusement.‘AdbhutRas’ shows the element of surprise and amazement presented by the students of Grade 1 along with Toddlers. ‘Veer Ras’, ‘Karuna Ras’, and ‘Shant Ras’ were presented by the students of Grade 1 showcasing the elements of bravery, guilt, peace, and calmness.
A few students from Nursery A, B, and C recited a Sanskrit shloka with its meaning. The most important part of the day- ‘The Graduation Ceremony’ started with the smart kindergartners dressed in graduation capes and caps walking the stage. The Principal along with the Chairman felicitated the students with a Graduation certificate. The programme ended with a vote of thanks by the Coordinator, Ms. Deepti Kalra, and a mesmerising grand finale by the teachers and students of kindergarten and Cambridge 1 which filled the audience with mixed emotions of joy and tears. The Head Mistress of the Mahanagar branch Ms Shaliy Dawra was also present on this occasion.
Our Chairman Sir and Principal Ma’am complimented the graduates on their achievements and motivated them to dream big in life, he also congratulated the teachers for their dedication and hard work.
The most significant part of the celebrations was watching kindergarteners walking on the stage as proud graduates. Their smiling faces were welcomed by scintillating applause. It was indeed a joyous and memorable day for the little wonders as they received their graduation certificates.
