Uncertainty around the CBSE declaration date Class 10 results:
The uncertainty about the date the results of CBSE Class 10 declaration are giving sleepless nights not only to students but also to parents.
The sudden declaration of Class 12 board results, without any prior notice from the CBSE on Thursday, acts as a catalyst intensifying the nervousness, curiosity, and anxiety among the students awaiting their Class 10 CBSE results.
Chaitanya Pawaia, a student at GD Goenka Public School, said, “I am extremely nervous and I pray every night to get over 85 percent. My seniors told me they checked their answer sheets with a lot of leniencies, hope the same happens with us too. If I get a good result, I’m sure my parents will distribute sweets throughout the locality.
His classmate Hina Naela said, “Considering how unpredictable CBSE has become, I hope the result will come out tomorrow otherwise our anxiety will reach another level. I prayed to God to distribute ‘ Besan ka laddo ‘ among the poor if I get a good result.”
Asking about her degree of nervousness, she said, “I have had three panic attacks since the result of class 12 was declared. I’m just awake most of the night wondering about my result. Although there is no family pressure, teachers and relatives expect a lot from a good performer.”
Contrary to them are few students who are less nervous and more confident. They believe prayers won’t make any difference and sleepless nights won’t help. Two such friends are Ekansh Bharti and Mukul Gupta.
Ekansh Bharti said, “I take proper sleep and I do not pray because I am very confident and certain that my result will be as per my expectations.”
Agreeing with her was Mukul, who said, “The worst part is that no date has been officially declared by the CBSE board. I am not scared but my parents are worried. Though I am keeping calm and expect above 90% because my exams went well. And so I don’t feel any need to pray. “
All in all, the students are not happy with this unpredictable behavior of the CBSE Board.
