Science Calendar Making Competition

Science Calendar:

In order to make the students more scientifically aware, GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow organized an Interhouse Science Calendar making competition on May 10, 2018.
Students were asked to present dates of scientific relevance by marking them on a calendar they made. Amazing display of creativity was showcased by students who created calendars of different types and sizes. Dates were highlighted by drawing the diagrams of the inventions made on that particular date and also by putting up pictures of the scientists on their birthday. Use of bright and fluorescent chart papers added vibrancy to mundane and routine science activities. Students enthusiastically displayed their work and seemed proud of it.
Although it was difficult to choose the best but judges awarded the rankings based on teamwork, creativity, research, and overall presentation. The winners were Radhakrishnan House from Grade VI and VIII and, from Grade VII it was Vivekanand House.

GD Goenka Public School Bids Farewell to Class XII

GD Goenka Public School organised VIGAM, the farewell ceremony for the outgoing Class XII batch, on 9 January 2026, hosted by the students of Grade XI. The event opened with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Chairman Mr Sarvesh Goel, Director Ms Lalita Goel, Principal Dr Prerna Mitra, Director Ms Neha Goel GDGPS Mahanagar and Chief Coordinating Officer Ms Nandini Goel.
