Physical Activities:-

Students have also become very conscious and aware about health after Kovid-19, due to which keeping in mind their physical activities, an asana or sport was organized every day so that they could be able to make their body flexible.
Activities for the students of classes 6 to 8 like Tadasana, Halasana, Jumping Jack, Forward, Cart Wheel, Chair Hold, etc. Physical activities were done so that students can feel the strength and energy in their bodies.
Physical activities like Naukasana, Dhanurasana, Sit-ups, Push-ups, Broad jump, Plate tapping were organized for the students of class 9 to 12.
To do these activities, the students were divided into groups and all the students had to do these activities collectively by making a video and sending it to the school so that the participation of all the students could be recorded.
Students from class Pre-Nursery to Class 5 also did a lot of fun sports activities by staying at home through online guidance. On August 28, a competition was organized among the students of class 9-12 present in the school in which separate competitions were organized for all boys and girls.
There was a sack race or 50 meters run for class 9-12 students and a shuttle race or hoop race for girl students.
Among the students, Vishal Pandey of class 11 A came first, while Aman Goel of class 12 B1 stood second and Nischay Dhiman of class 10 B stood third.
Among the girls, Aditi Bansal of class 10 C stood first, Sanjana Pai of class 9 A stood second and Ritsika Yadav of class 10 D stood third.
After that, a quiz competition was organized among all the students, which was shared with all the students through the link.
School Principal Ms. Raveen Pandey congratulated all the winning students and encouraged everyone towards sports.
