Earth Day Celebration at GD Goenka:

Recently Earth Day Celebration at GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow. Pre Primary section of Gd Goenka on April 22 to create awareness among the little kids. A special assembly was conducted to bring the focus of students towards environmental protection. Activities like handprinting and tearing pasting using waste paper were held. Students of Grade 1 and 2 discussed environmental problems that affects their day to day living followed by a brainstorming session to find out ways to brings in changes that have a big impact on the environment and make every day Earth Day.

Children promised to keep the environment clean and do the needful like plant a seed, not to litter trash, use of environmentally friendly products, no more use of poly bags, not to waste electricity hence making earth a better place.
