Virtual Classes Start:

Virtual Classes Start recently start up at GD Goenka Public School, Lucknow. Gd Goenka tied up with Edfinity, a US-based education and research organization, with an aim to provide students with a global perspective of topics, dealt with in the classroom and to help them develop divergent thinking and instinctive skills for solving problems. Founded by Shivram Venkat Subramaniam, an IIM and MIT alumnus, and Standford alumnus, and funded by the US National Science Foundation, Edfinity has found a way to connect exceptional teachers outside India to Indian School and their students at no additional cost from January 21. Thus, the unique approach of bringing teachers on the screen to teach the students is a pioneering effort.

GD Goenka Public School organised VIGAM, the farewell ceremony for the outgoing Class XII batch, on 9 January 2026, hosted by the students of Grade XI. The event opened with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by Chairman Mr Sarvesh Goel, Director Ms Lalita Goel, Principal Dr Prerna Mitra, Director Ms Neha Goel GDGPS Mahanagar and Chief Coordinating Officer Ms Nandini Goel.
